Buffalo Cauliflower Wings

During this quarentine I have used this time to become better at cooking and baking. I have done a lot of appetizer style dishes, and these buffalo cauliflower wings are definitely one of my favourites😍.

Ingredients:
– 1 egg
– 1/2 cup flour
– 1/2 tsp salt
– 1 tsp of garlic powder
– 1 cauliflower head (this usually gets you a small, full bowl of cauliflower wings, so if you are having some people over after this quarantine I’d suggest buying two cauliflower heads, and just doubling up on all the ingredients)
– 1/2 cup of Franks Buffalo Sauce
– Ranch sauce to dip them in after they are ready!

What you need:
–
baking sheet
– parchment paper
– 2 large freezer bags
– tongs (if you have some, if not no worries)
– measuring cup (I always use this for mixing)
– fork for whisking
– mixing bowl

Instructions:
–
Wash and cut/break cauliflower. I like to do them in different sizes
– Break egg in cup and whisk
– Add washed, cut cauliflower to large plastic freezer bag
– Add egg in bag and shake until cauliflower is coated
– In mixing bowl, add flour, salt, garlic powder and mix all of them together
– Once mixed, add those ingredients into the bag with the cauliflower and egg.
– Shake until cauliflower is evenly coated
– Line baking sheet with parchment paper
– Place cauliflower on baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes (or until lightly brown)
– Take out and let cool for 5 minutes
– Put cauliflower in new large plastic freezer bag and add 1/2 cup of Franks Buffalo sauce
– Shake until cauliflower is evenly coated
– Place back on baking sheet and broil for 10 minutes (if you’d like crispier, you can go a bit longer, just keep an eye on them)
– Enjoy while hot! Don’t forget to have a bowl of your favourite dip to dip them in!

Hope you enjoy this recipe as much as I do! If you try it out, don’t forget to tag me in it! @bycourtneytodd
