Buffalo Chicken Dip Recipe
Since Super Bowl is this Sunday,
Is a good enough reason to binge and create the BEST home made recipe, Buffalo Chicken Dip.
Considering nobody in Ontario is going to be enjoying the game at a local restaurant, I wanted to share with you the easiest and tastiest homemade snack you can create in the comfort of your own home.
One of the best parts? You only need 5 simple ingredients.
My go-to favourite recipe pairings with this dip are:
Tostito Scoops for dipping
And Eastdell Estates Gamay Noir for drinking (currently it’s on sale for only $11.00)
When you create this recipe make sure to tag me in your stories and posts @bycourtneytodd , I can’t wait to see it!
Ingredients:
1.5 cup of Shredded Cheese
8oz of Cream Cheese: I use Philadelphia Light
3/4 cup of Ranch Dressing. I use Hidden Valley Light.
2 cups of Rotisserie Chicken
I found the easiest way was buying a rotisserie chicken, and adding as much chicken as desired into your dip. The more the merrier!3/4 cup of Franks Buffalo Hot Sauce
Directions:
CROCK POT: I like to keep things as simple as they can be. So to do that, I just add all of these ingredients into my crock pot, put on a timer between 30 mins- 1 hour and stir occasionally!
SO SIMPLE AND I LOVE IT!
OVEN: Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and pour the ingredients into the baking dish. Once oven is ready, cook for around 20 mins or until the dip is bubbly and melted.
Enjoy!
