Okay, I’m going to stop now because there is a pretty good chance that no matter what you order at Lost and Found Taqueria, you will enjoy it!

My boyfriend John and I started our experience at Lost and Found hungry and excited. Hungry because it’s dinner time (obviously), and excited from all the different recommendations we received regarding all the different foods and drinks Lost and Found has to offer.

Way too many awesome recommendations later,  I knew, unfortunately, there was no way I could order all of them. Not this time at least.

So John and I narrowed it down and took it one step at a time. All with the help from our super knowledgeable and helpful server, Joesph.

Out of every drink and food recommendation that I received, the Pineapple Blackberry Mojito is the menu item that was recommended to me the most. It’s a sweet, pineapple rum-infused cocktail, and since I enjoy both of those things in a drink, I started my dining experience with that. It was a great choice to make because out of everything we ordered, this drink ended up being one of my favorites.

Want to know a random fact about me? No? Okay sorry, but here it is - This past January I spent the month living in Australia. During this time, I became a guacamole addict. I made and enjoyed fresh guacamole almost every day and never got tired of it. Surprisingly, I still love it!

Unfortunately, a bunch of restaurants have put a damper on my excitement of ordering guacamole when I am dining out. This is due to many restaurants having their definition of “fresh” being squeezed out from a plastic bag. Definitely not fresh, and definitely not my thing.

When I found out Lost and Found offers real fresh, made to order guacamole, you could believe my excitement.

If you love guacamole and enjoy spicy food, try out the Guacamole Del Diablo . 10/10 I would recommend it. If you don’t love spicy, but still enjoy guacamole, don’t worry they have that option as well.

For dinner, we ordered the Nashville Chicken Tacos which comes with two individual tacos. We also ordered the Bell Tacos which came with three. The Nashville Chicken tacos were highly recommended to us, and in all honesty, I didn’t hear about the Bell Tacos until Joesph recommended them. We later found out The Bell Taco Supreme is a newer menu item that was added when they reopened for takeout.

After Joesph’s recommendation, and finding out that the Bell Tacos were Lost and Founds version of Taco Bell tacos, I was super intrigued to try them out for myself. To my surprise and probably others (who’s favorite meal is the Nashville Chicken Tacos), I enjoyed the Bell Tacos more than the Nashville Chicken Tacos.

There are two tacos left, and my stomach is full. We get a to-go box because of course, we can’t let these tacos go to waste. Considering the leftovers, and that my stomach probably could not handle another bite, this is when a normal, responsible person asks for the cheque. John is pulling out his wallet, getting ready to leave, and there I am accepting this new challenge by ordering the handmade Churros for dessert.

Let me tell you, those churros were good.
